We threw an intimate backyard BBQ celebration to commemorate our blog launch with our close friends and family.  It was the perfect mix of good beats, gourmet burgers, bottomless sweet tea vodka, sunshine, and easy going vibes.  It was perfect timing given the significance of Labor Day.

We want to extend our warm thanks to the friends and family that helped make it happen.  A special thanks to our very good friends, Helena Hong of Nice Owl Design Studio for providing the perfect backdrop, Shea Butter and R-Cade for providing the soundtrack, and of course Shirley and Michelle of Pleased to Sweet You for the HIGHLY addictive cake pops.  We are thankful to everyone who came, and for the family members that were not able to be there to celebrate, we’ll make it up to you we promise.
